Every piece we sell is one of a kind. If you have questions about condition, measurements, or authenticity, ask before ordering. We answer in detail.

Under EU law (Code de la consommation, art. L221-18), you have a right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, email hello@copgrail.com with your order number. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent, including original packaging. We inspect every return on arrival.

Return shipping and any applicable customs charges are at the buyer’s expense, unless the item was materially misrepresented in the listing.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method used at checkout.
